In the event the member and his spouse are separated or divorced; or those persons under 28 years of age and unmarried who are members of the immediate family of the Club member and who are serving in the Armed Services or those persons whose primary advocation is as a full time, bona fide student in an institution of higher learning and have as their principal residence that the Club member or spouse when their attendance at such institution does not require another principal residence. A divorced spouse is not a dependant.
